Zumba Classes in Stirchley are held every Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, price is only £5 per workshop (£3 if you are a Fitness First Member, you must show your card).

Fitness First is located on the Pershore Road, heading out of Birmingham. Free car-parking is available on-site.

* All classes are taught by a fully qualified Zumba instructor.
* Our instructors have full public-liability insurance.
* There's no need to pre-book, just turn up (ideally 15 minutes before class start-time)
* Zumba is a great way to keep fit and lose weight, while having fun at the same time.
