Zumba Central are happy to announce our first weekend Zumba Class! Come and start your day the Zumba way and get yourself ready for the weekend!

Zumba Classes in Stirchley are held every Saturday Morning from 11am for one hour, price is only £5 per workshop (£3 if you are a Fitness First Member, you must show your card).

Fitness First is located on the Pershore Road, heading out of Birmingham. Free car-parking is available on-site.

* All classes are taught by a fully qualified Zumba instructor.
* Our instructors have full public-liability insurance.
* There's no need to pre-book, just turn up (ideally 15 minutes before class start-time)
* Zumba is a great way to keep fit and lose weight, while having fun at the same time.
